I am a provider of residential real estate appraisals on single family homes, multi family homes, condominiums, and vacant land .

With many years of experience in the real estate appraisal business, I am dedicated to providing customers with excellent service. I am New York state certified and on the FHA roster of approved appraisers . Having appraised properties in Monroe, Wayne, Ontario, Livingston and Orleans counties, my experience and knowledge sets me apart.

I use the latest technology to service customers. My customers have the ability to order appraisals online and receive appraisal reports electronically. Normal delivery for appraisal reports is 48 hours from the time the property has been inspected, but rush orders are available upon request.
